HOLYNK is a private professional networking platform for wellness and fitness experts, studios, and brands. Access is membership-based and intended for professional connection and collaboration only.

By accessing or using HOLYNK, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you represent a legitimate professional entity in the wellness or fitness industry.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on HOLYNK, including your profile, listings, messages, and any other material you submit. You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.

You agree not to use HOLYNK to:

• Send spam, scams, unsolicited promotions, or phishing attempts.
• Engage in illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute member data or profiles.
• Use the Platform to build competing products or public directories.
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access.
• Circumvent the Platform's messaging system to solicit members outside its scope.

HOLYNK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or harm the community — with or without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide a reason for removal, though we typically will.

HOLYNK is designed as a private network. Contact information such as phone numbers, emails, and social handles are not displayed publicly. Members must use the Platform's internal tools to communicate. You agree not to circumvent these protections.

All professional communication between members should occur through HOLYNK's internal messaging system. You agree not to share private contact information publicly or with non-members without explicit consent.

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. HOLYNK reserves the right to change pricing with notice to active subscribers.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your profile and related data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

HOLYNK is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. The Platform is provided "as is" during this period. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we improve the experience.

HOLYNK is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between members.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
